Catalog – Overview
Description
BeTalent lets an Organization Admin or Tenant Admin (see Roles & Permissions) self-purchase a pay-per-use package directly from the portal, without going through sales. Payment happens on Stripe and, once it's done, the tenant's license is updated automatically: the purchased package's quota is added to what's already available, and validity is extended.
- Extends the self-service provisioning model: after self-service registration, an organization can also self-purchase additional capacity, with no manual intervention.
- Covers the full "trial → purchase" journey: an organization can start with a Trial license and move to a paid package in the same portal where it started.
- Automatically applies VAT and e-invoicing rules based on the tenant's country.
How It Works – High-Level Workflow
- Package catalog — from the always-visible Plans & Subscriptions → Catalog section in the sidebar, the admin sees the available packages in Pay per Use mode (one-off purchase): Starter, Professional and Business, each with a CV Screening quota, AI Match Assistant credits, AI Job Assistant credits, and a 365-day validity. A custom Enterprise package is only available by contacting sales directly ("Contact sales"). A recurring Subscription mode is planned but not yet active.
- Package selection — the admin picks a package and moves to the purchase summary.
- Summary and billing data check — the page shows the chosen package's details and the tenant's billing data. If the data required to issue an invoice is incomplete (including, for Italian tenants, SDI code and PEC address for e-invoicing), payment stays blocked until it's completed.
- Payment on Stripe — the admin is redirected to Stripe checkout, where they can pay by card or one of the supported alternative payment methods (e.g. Klarna, Satispay, Bancontact). VAT is calculated and shown automatically before payment.
- Automatic activation — once payment succeeds, the package's quota is added to the tenant's remaining balance, license validity is extended, and any "Trial" status is removed. The purchase shows up right away in Payment History, and an invoice is sent by email.
note
The packages mentioned above (names, quotas, validity) and the alternative payment methods are illustrative examples: they can change over time. Always refer to what's shown in the Catalog and in the Stripe checkout at the time of purchase.
Ideal Use Cases
- Organizations that have used up their Trial license quota and want to keep working without contacting sales.
- Organizations with a known volume need who go straight for the Professional or Business package.
- Organizations with advanced needs or high volumes, who need a custom Enterprise package via the sales team.
