Dashboard – Overview
Description
The Dashboard is the landing page shown immediately after login to users with the HR or ADMIN role (see Roles & Permissions). It gives a synthetic, up-to-date overview of platform activity for the tenant — registered users, candidates, and uploaded CVs — with a date range filter to inspect trends over time, alongside quick access to the most common actions.
- Gives HR and ADMIN users rapid access to the platform's main trends without leaving the home page.
- Surfaces quick actions (uploading CVs, searching profiles) directly from the landing page.
- Keeps the tenant's license status visible at a glance.
How It Works – High-Level Workflow
- Login — HR/ADMIN users land here first; other roles never see this page.
- At-a-glance overview — recently uploaded profiles and the active license are shown immediately, independent of any filter.
- Trend inspection — a date range filter (defaulting to the last 90 days) drives three charts: registered users, candidates, and total CVs, with granularity that adapts to the range (daily, weekly, or monthly).
- Quick actions — from here, users jump straight into uploading a CV or searching profiles.
Ideal Use Cases
- HR teams who want a daily operational snapshot of hiring activity.
- ADMIN users monitoring overall platform usage and license status for the tenant.
