Available Modules
Screen
Automated CV analysis, extraction, and normalization. Converts unstructured documents into structured, standardized candidate profiles ready for search, filtering, and downstream evaluation. Screen is foundational: the structured data it produces is what every other module works on top of.
Match
Retrieves candidate profiles that satisfy the search criteria you set — required criteria are a strict match, while optional skills are found through semantic search — then ranks the resulting candidates from best to worst fit based on those same criteria.
Job Position
Builds on Match: lets HR users save job requisitions with persistent matching criteria, and extends candidate discovery with Affinity scoring, in addition to Match search.
