Statistics – Overview
Description
The Statistics page gives users with the HR or ADMIN role (see Roles & Permissions) a detailed, aggregated view of the data generated on the platform: users, candidates, CVs, skills and profile attributes. It complements the Dashboard with comparative charts, distributions and correlations between attributes, all filterable by a single date range applied across every visualization.
- Supports deeper analysis of trends, distributions and patterns across the candidate pool.
- Helps HR/ADMIN quickly spot changes in user activity, the most frequent skills, and the makeup of the candidate base.
- Keeps every chart consistent: categories (education levels, age brackets, work modes) always follow the platform's fixed taxonomies, so figures stay comparable over time.
How It Works – High-Level Workflow
- Open the page — a default 90-day window is applied automatically.
- Adjust the date range — every chart on the page updates together.
- Read the visualizations — a users-vs-CVs trend line, distribution charts (education, work mode, age), a language/proficiency bubble chart, and top-5 skill and job-profile donuts.
Ideal Use Cases
- HR and talent-acquisition teams building recruiting reports or reviewing period-over-period trends.
- Organizations wanting visibility into the skill and language composition of their candidate pool.
