Sign-Up – Overview
Internally also referred to as "Form B2B". This is unrelated to the B2B integration model described in Use Cases, which covers direct API integration of the Screen/Match modules into a customer's own platform.
This is the first piece of a broader self-service provisioning story, which also now includes self-service package purchases — see Platform & Account for the full picture.
Description
BeTalent lets a new organization register itself on the platform with no manual provisioning. The person who completes the sign-up form becomes both the organization's and the tenant's administrator, with a Trial license activated automatically so they can try the platform's HR features right away.
- Lets organizations onboard themselves, without manual account or tenant provisioning.
- Enforces data quality and account security (unique email, password policy).
- Collects explicit, auditable consent before completing registration.
How It Works – High-Level Workflow
- Registration form — organization name, contact details and password.
- Consents — Privacy, Terms and Conditions (both mandatory), Marketing and Profiling (a choice is mandatory, either way).
- Account & tenant creation — a new tenant is created and associated with the organization; the user is created in the identity provider with the Organization Admin, Tenant Admin and HR roles; a Trial license is activated.
- Email confirmation (OTP) — the user is created in Unconfirmed status and confirms via a one-time code sent by email; no automatic login happens.
- First login — the user logs in and lands on the Dashboard with the new tenant and Trial license active.
Ideal Use Cases
- Organizations discovering BeTalent through the website or a campaign, who want to start a trial immediately without contacting sales.
