Use Cases – Overview
BeTalent supports multiple integration models to address different technological and operational contexts within HR ecosystems. These use cases define how the Screen and Match modules can be consumed by platforms, enterprise systems, and end users.
Below is an overview of the available integration scenarios.
B2B2B – Integration via HR Platform Plugins
BeTalent is embedded inside third-party HR Platforms (ATS/HCM/etc.) through a dedicated connector or plugin. Recruiters interact exclusively with the external HR platform, while the plugin invokes BeTalent features such as CV analysis (Screen) and semantic matching (Match).
B2B – Direct API Integration with Customer Systems
BeTalent is integrated directly into the customer’s proprietary systems (HCM, CRM, career portals, ERPs, or custom HR applications). The customer owns the user interface while BeTalent operates as an external AI backend, providing Screen and Match capabilities through REST APIs.
B2B2C – SaaS Platform for Candidates and HR Users
BeTalent provides a full SaaS platform where both candidates and HR users interact directly. Candidates upload and manage their profiles, while HR users search, view structured data, and apply AI-based matching via Screen and Match modules.
These three models offer flexible integration options that scale from enterprise systems to third-party platforms and full end-to-end SaaS usage, enabling BeTalent to adapt to diverse HR operational needs.
