Description​

The Screen module provides automated CV analysis, extraction, and normalization of candidate information. It converts unstructured CV documents into structured, standardized profiles that can be used for searching, filtering, and downstream AI-based evaluation.

Screen is designed to streamline the early stages of the recruitment process and support high-volume candidate pipelines with minimal manual effort.

How It Works – High-Level Workflow​

  1. CV Upload A candidate or integrated system uploads the CV (supported formats include PDF, DOC/DOCX, TXT, and image formats).

  2. Automated Processing The Screen module analyzes the document and extracts key information such as work experience, education, skills, languages, and other relevant attributes.

  3. Normalization All extracted data is normalized according to BeTalent’s standard data model to ensure consistency across profiles.

  4. Structured Output The CV is transformed into a structured candidate profile that can be viewed in the platform or consumed by other modules such as Match.
