Integration with HR Platforms (ATS/HCM/...)

This document outlines the B2B2B integration model, where the BeTalent Screen and Match modules are embedded inside third-party HR Platforms such as ATS, HCM, recruiting tools, or other HR-related software through a dedicated connector or plugin developed for those platforms.

In this scenario, the recruiter interacts exclusively with the external HR platform interface. To enable BeTalent capabilities, the HR Platform integrates a custom connector/plugin that manages communication with BeTalent via REST APIs. The connector is responsible for invoking:

  • CV analysis and data structuring via the Screen module
  • Candidate–job semantic matching and ranking via the Match module

This model is distinct from the B2B scenario:

  • B2B2B: BeTalent is integrated inside the HR Platform used by the customer (e.g., an ATS marketplace plugin).
  • B2B: BeTalent is integrated directly into the customer’s proprietary systems.

HR Platforms can integrate the modules independently or combine them to offer an enhanced AI-powered recruitment experience.

Integration Architecture

Flow Description

1. Recruiter Uploads CV

The recruiter uploads a CV through the HR platform’s native UI. Supported file formats include: .pdf, .jpg, .png, .txt, .docx.

2. Screen Module – CV Analysis and Structured Data Return

The HR platform’s connector invokes the BeTalent Screen module to analyze and extract structured data, including:

  • Personal information
  • Photo
  • Job profile
  • Work experience
  • Education (including degree and certifications if applicable)
  • Skills (with estimated experience per skill)
  • Languages

All extracted data is normalized according to the Standardization guidelines.

3. Recruiter Views Structured Candidate Profile

The HR platform displays the structured and normalized candidate data directly within its interface.

4. Match Module – Job Alignment and Candidate Ranking (Optional)

The connector may also invoke the Match module to compute semantic affinity between a candidate and a job position, returning:

  • AI-based matching score
  • Ranked candidate list
  • Skill–job alignment indicators
  • Semantic strengths and gaps

The HR Platform incorporates these insights into its dashboards, ranking lists, or workflows.

Screen Module

  • POST /screen/cv – Upload and analyze a CV
  • GET /screen/profile/{id} – Retrieve structured candidate data

Match Module

  • GET /match/profiles (TBV) – Retrieve ranking and scoring
