Platform for Candidates and HR Users

This document outlines the B2B2C use case for the BeTalent SaaS platform, which integrates both the Screen and Match modules to serve two distinct user groups:

  • Candidates, who upload, manage, and validate their profiles
  • HR users, who search, evaluate, and perform AI-based semantic matching

Unlike the B2B and B2B2B models, this scenario provides a full platform experience directly controlled by BeTalent, with both modules operating natively within the same SaaS environment:

  • Screen → CV analysis, structuring, and data normalization
  • Match → semantic job–candidate affinity and ranking

The result is a unified recruitment workflow where candidates and HR users interact through a single interface.

Flow Description

Candidate Flow

1. Candidate Registration

The candidate registers on the BeTalent platform and creates a personal profile.

2. CV Upload

The candidate uploads their CV through the platform’s UI. Supported formats: .pdf, .jpg, .png, .txt, .docx.

3. Screen Module – CV Analysis and Data Structuring

The BeTalent Screen module analyzes the uploaded CV and extracts structured data, such as:

  • Personal information
  • Photo
  • Job profile
  • Work experience
  • Education (including degree and certifications if applicable)
  • Skills (with estimated experience per skill)
  • Languages

All extracted data is normalized according to the Standardization guidelines.

4. Profile Management

The candidate can review, validate, and edit the structured information to ensure accuracy and completeness.

5. Optional: Job Suggestions via Match Module

If enabled, the platform uses the Match module to suggest suitable job roles for the candidate, providing:

  • Affinity score
  • Matching skills
  • Potential improvement areas or semantic gaps

6. Profile Visibility

Once finalized, the candidate’s profile becomes available to HR users for search, evaluation, and job matching.

HR users log into the platform and search for candidates using filters such as:

  • Skills
  • Work experience
  • Education
  • Languages
  • Certifications

2. View Structured Candidate Profiles

HR users can view fully standardized profiles containing:

  • Job history
  • Skills with contextual experience
  • Education and qualifications
  • Languages
  • Certifications
  • Other normalized attributes

3. AI Matching for Candidate Ranking

HR users can run the BeTalent Match module to compute candidate–job alignment. The system returns:

  • Semantic affinity score
  • Ranked candidate list
  • Skill–job alignment indicators
  • Strengths and semantic gaps (optional)

4. Candidate Selection

HR users shortlist candidates directly within the platform to initiate interviews, assessments, or next-stage recruitment procedures.
