BeTalent CV Screening – B2B2C Flow: Platform for Candidates and HR Users

This document outlines the B2B2C use case for the BeTalent CV Screening module. This flow is designed for both candidates and HR users to interact with the platform: candidates upload their CVs for analysis, and HR users search for candidates based on the structured data generated by the system.

Candidate Flow

Candidate Registration The candidate registers on the BeTalent platform and creates a user profile.

CV Upload The candidate uploads their CV through the platform's user interface. Supported file formats for CV upload include:
.pdf,.jpg,.png,.txt,.doc,.docx. -
CV Analysis and Data Structuring The BeTalent CV Screening module analyzes the uploaded CV and extracts structured data. The extracted data includes:
- Personal information
- Photo
- Job profile
- Work experience
- Education (including degree or title of study)
- Skills (including extracted experience on each skill)
- Languages
- Certifications (if applicable)
All extracted data is normalized according to Our Standardization guidelines.

Profile Management The candidate can review and modify their extracted data, ensuring that all the details are correct and up-to-date.

Profile Visibility Once the candidate's profile is complete, it becomes available for HR users to search and evaluate.
HR User Flow

HR User Search HR users log into the BeTalent platform and search for candidates based on criteria such as:
- Skills
- Work experience
- Education
- Languages

View Candidate Profiles HR users can view structured candidate profiles, which include the normalized data extracted from CVs, such as job history, education (including degree or title of study), skills (with related experience), languages, and certifications. The profiles include all standardized data extracted from the CV, as described in our standardization guidelines.

Candidate Selection HR users can shortlist candidates directly through the platform to initiate further recruitment processes such as interviews or skills assessments.
